Kitchen Staples

drjfab's kitchen essentials

Here’s a list of items that I have become fond of. Most of them are for the kitchen and represent efficiency in my busy life. Feel free to use this list as a foundation for starting your own. Clicking the item names will take you to the stores where an example of each item can be viewed or purchased directly. ENJOY!

The items with a (*) are items that I tend to use more than 3x per week. The other items can be purchased over time, or as recipes call for them, to spread out the cost. You should be able to get started for less than $100.

Don’t get overwhelmed with the quantity of items below.  This is a list years in the making for me.  The purpose is to give you a comprehensive list of things that work, but the point is to master only a few staple items at a time.  Most of your dishes can be completed with ease, efficiency and excellent taste with a combination of salt and coconut oil.
